Our mission is to offer dynamic and creative solutions to build confidence, communication skills and self-care tools. We believe in getting the life back for those who gave up on it due to caring or the strains of modern living. Do you remember what your life was like before it quickly left you in a panic of guilt, shame, loss of identity and fear for the future. We don’t have all the answers ourselves but through our varied but interlinked workshop packages we can work with carers organisations and other community projects to help the groups find the answers themselves.
